Chavalit Frederick Tsao is the fourth-generation steward of TPC (Tsao Pao Chee), a family business with more than 120 years of history, established in the late 1800s during the Qing Dynasty. Under Chavalit’s stewardship, he led the transformation of the traditional family business into a multinational company with diverse business interests. He formed IMC Pan Asia Alliance Group and developed strategic alliances for collaboration, as Chavalit believes success is co-created for mutual flourishing and evolution. In 2024, Chavalit decided to bring back the family business’ original trade name, Tsao Pao Chee, with the brand TPC, as that has always been its true brand, where its roots and culture, morality, and ethical traditions have sustained the business for generations.
