Gustavo Bassetti joined Just Climate in 2024 and is a Partner on the Investment Team. Previously, Gustavo was a managing partner at Good Karma Partners, a growth-stage investment business focused on the education, healthcare and climate action sectors in Brazil.

Prior to joining Good Karma Partners, Gustavo was chief financial officer at Fluency Academy and Mutant. Previously, he was a managing director at CVC Capital Partners and a vice president at GIC, where he was responsible for establishing the São Paulo offices for both firms. Gustavo started his career in investment banking at ABN AMRO.

Gustavo received a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
