Ilaria is the Chairperson of the Tech For Good Institute, a non-profit think tank founded by Grab to encourage and enrich dialogue on social, economic, and policy trends accelerated by the digital economy. She also serves as the Group Advisor on Tech & Social Impact for Grab, Southeast Asia’s leading superapp.
Prior to this role, Ilaria was a corporate finance executive who played a key part in Grab's historic Series H fundraise—the largest in Southeast Asia's history. Previously, she was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in New York, where she was recognized as a top quartile performer, helping Asian companies go public globally.
Ilaria is a global keynote speaker, regularly featured at forums organized by prestigious organizations such as the Milken Institute, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Stanford University, and Princeton University. She has been selected as a Global Future Council member by the World Economic Forum and is a private investor. Additionally, she serves on the board of trustees for the humanitarian organization CareForChildren, acts as an operating advisor to Owl Ventures (the largest education tech-focused venture capital fund in the world), and is an advisory council member for Stanford University’s China Center, promoting academic exchange between the U.S. and China. Ilaria also advises former NBA player Jeremy Lin’s family office and is an advisory board member of GlobalSF's Women Empowerment Initiative.
She holds a B.A. from Stanford University. A common theme in her work across multiple sectors is her dedication to building bridges between the East and West, with a mission to promote mass flourishing.
