Josephine, an experienced private equity practitioner based in Asia, has over 30 years of experience in emerging markets. She is the Director and Co-founder of Anthem Asia Limited, acts as an investment advisor to the Vietnam Investment Group and Insitor Partners, and served as a trustee of The Croucher Foundation (until February 2024). She co-founded Anthem Asia, focusing on socially responsible opportunities in Myanmar, and spent 13 years with CLSA Capital Partners, where she co-founded their pan-Asian private equity platform. Josephine is a graduate of the University of Kent at Canterbury and is a member of both the Law Society of England & Wales and the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
