Kate Tsoi leads the investment team at The Mills Fabrica, focusing on early-stage startups and mission-aligned VC funds in global agrifood tech and techstyle (textiles and materials) innovations. Previously, she was a hedge fund consultant at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong, where she assisted hedge fund startups and global managers in building and expanding their businesses in Asia.

Kate also served as a Fellow with Mana Impact Partners in Singapore, concentrating on carbon markets, regenerative agriculture, and nature-based solutions. In her personal capacity, she is passionate about developing blended finance for social and climate impact, having participated in several cross-sector financing strategy projects in Asia and the UK.

She received her MPhil in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge as a Youde Scholar and a B.B.A. in Global Business Studies (First Class Honours) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
