Kwang Kim is a Partner and Chief Impact Officer at Arkas EoM Capital, a global growth equity investing platform to unleash the deep-tech value chain and impact potential across Japan and Korea. With over two decades of expertise in economic and enterprise transformations with the World Bank's IFC and Monitor Group, Kwang specializes in structuring cross-border joint ventures and corporate advisory engagements to generate both commercial success while ensuring a legacy for the future generation. He holds leadership roles at the Economic of Mutuality (EoM) Alliance — an initiative launched with Mars and Oxford to optimize business performance across people, planet, and profit — and co-Chairs of the Impact for Breakfast (IFB) Seoul chapter. Kwang is an ICAP Fellow at the Aspen Institute and a former adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University.

The discussion will examine regional trends, shared challenges, and emerging opportunities for cross-border collaboration. Expanding beyond these markets, it will also consider how East Asia connects with and contributes to the wider Asia-Pacific impact investing community, highlighting pathways for deeper regional integration and ecosystem building.
