Martin Tan is the CEO of The Majurity Trust, a philanthropic organization that works with donors and charities to build a thriving community in Singapore. Martin serves as board member of Founders Memorial, Ray of Hope, Children's Museum Singapore, and Halogen Foundation Singapore which he co-founded in 2003. He previously served on the boards of the National Council of Social Service, National Library Board and National Youth Council. He was the Executive Director of the Institute for Societal Leadership at SMU and was awarded The Outstanding Young Person Award and Singapore Youth Award.⁠
