Rishabh Khanna is the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Earthbanc AB, driven by a lifelong calling to strike a balance between social and ecological systems. For over a decade, he has focused on applying innovative economic and business models that accord with the planet and all its creatures.

A founder of the Indian Youth Climate Network, Rishabh has collaborated with globally recognised organisations including WWF, UNFCCC, UN Habitat, ABN AMRO Bank, TATA Group, PwC, and the Ministries of Defence (Sweden), Environment and Forests, and New and Renewable Energy (India).

At Earthbanc, he leads Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) frameworks for climate and impact projects, develops impact metrics for sustainable finance instruments — including sustainable bonds, natural capital accounting, and impact investment vehicles in alignment with the EU SFDR (2021) — and oversees strategic partnerships with the European Space Agency (ESA), the African Development Bank Group, World Vision Ghana, and the Red Cross Association in Kenya.
