Robin Pho is Managing Director, Energy Transition at Tsao Pao Chee (TPC), where he leads strategy, investments, and project development to scale low-carbon energy businesses across Asia. His work focuses on building commercially viable platforms aligned with a purpose-led, well-being economy, advancing solutions across renewable energy, storage, and energy systems innovation.

Prior to TPC, he founded Right People Renewable Energy (RPRE), transforming his family’s oil and gas manpower business, Ponco, into a clean energy developer delivering distributed solar and microgrid solutions. Following RPRE’s successful growth and acquisition, he now combines entrepreneurial execution with governance expertise to accelerate the energy transition.
