Samuel Richards leads Brightlight as Managing Director, serving on the board and investment committee. He develops impact investment solutions, sets strategy, and builds partnerships with institutional investors, government agencies, and non-profits.

Before joining Brightlight, Samuel was the COO for Australia and New Zealand at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. His 15-year career with Goldman Sachs and JB Were provided him with extensive experience in strategy development across Asia-Pacific markets.
