Tina is the Group Head of Philanthropy for John Swire & Sons (H.K.) Limited and leads Group
level community initiatives, which includes The Swire Group Charitable Trust (Swire Trust) and
Swire Scholarships. She is also the School Supervisor for Taikoo Primary School, founded by
the Swire Group in 1923.
Tina has 17 years of experience in grant-making and charitable foundation management. She
has worked in HSBC's Philanthropy Services team in Hong Kong and served as Executive
Director the Chen Yet-Sen Family Foundation.
Tina attained both her Master’s and Bachelor degree in Public Policy and Management from
Carnegie Mellon University in USA.
