Tom is Deputy Head of Barclays in Singapore. He has been with Barclays for over 15 years with extensive experience covering UHNW and Global Family Offices across different geographies.

Tom focuses on our One-Bank proposition with key clients, working closely with the corporate and investment bank on strategic solutions. With a strong interest in digital assets, fintech and private markets, Tom has led various initiatives within the Private Bank. Prior to Barclays, Tom was a senior lawyer at Linklaters, specialising in M&A for real estate clients, ranging from sovereign wealth funds, listed property companies to private investors. Given his background, Tom has a deep network of real estate industry players in the UK and beyond and is therefore well placed to help clients with their real estate acquisition and financing needs.

In 2022, Tom was awarded the “Leading Individual (Banker)” award for Wealth Briefing Euro, as well as a runner up in the Magic Circle Private Banker of the Year award. Tom graduated from Durham University in 2001 with a B.A. (Hons) in Philosophy, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from BPP Law school, London in 2003.
