Xiaojing has over 15 years of experience in sustainable development and innovation leadership. She currently leads GEAPP’s regional fundraising and engagement with key philanthropic and climate finance stakeholders across Asia. She began her career supporting local NGO participation in UN Climate Negotiations and later worked with top consulting firms to help governments and businesses addressing climate and sustainability challenges. Before GEAPP, she co-founded first Impact Hub in China and led its expansion in the country, fostering cross-sector partnerships, especially in clean energy and low-carbon solutions. Xiaojing studied in Sweden and holds two master’s degrees in ecology and strategic sustainability management.
