Juliet Agnew is Head of Philanthropy for Barclays, where she leads global guidance of U/HNW individuals, families and family offices on the full spectrum of family wealth, legacy and philanthropy strategy. With 25 years’ experience, her experience spans philanthropy strategy, family dynamics, international giving, next generation education and leadership of charitable and corporate foundations.

Juliet holds Masters degrees from Oxford and UCL, a Diploma in Grant-making and Social Investment from Bayes Business School, and dual-certification in Family Wealth and Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute (FFI). She is also an executive coach and advanced Hogan practitioner. She is a regular speaker and media spokesperson on family philanthropy, family wealth and legacy, and is recognised as Citywealth Magic Circle Philanthropy Advisor of the Year 2025, a Wealth Briefing Individual Leadership Award winner, and a Spears Top Philanthropy Adviser.
