James Lindsay is Director, Investments, on the Builders Initiative Investment Team and is passionate about the nuanced intersection between capital markets and environmental conservation. In his role, his expertise centers around reimagining ways to make impactful investments instead of more conventional models in both public and private markets. James leads two investment vehicles at Builders Vision - one focused on energy, and one focused on ocean health. Prior to his role at Builders Vision, James spent eleven years in the oil and gas exploration sector as a geophysicist, entrepreneur, and investor.
